KOA NEWS SERVICE (June 16, 2015) – A large growth in advanced reservations for the upcoming Father’s Days Weekend at Kampgrounds of America locations continues this summer’s trend at North America’s most popular camping company.

The number of advanced reservations for this Father’s Day Weekend are up more than 18 percent over the same period last year, and total camper nights for the weekend are up 19 percent from 2014 numbers.

“We are continuing to ride the wave of camping’s popularity in North America,” said KOA President Pat Hittmeier. “Our campground owners have worked hard to provide our campers with the very best accommodations, activities and amenities, and our results show that their efforts are resonating with our guests.”
