KOA NEWS SERVICE (September 9, 2015) – Campers continued to enjoy Kampgrounds of America locations throughout North America in huge numbers throughout the Labor Day Weekend.

The final tally shows Labor Day Weekend 2015 had 5.4 percent more camper nights than Labor Day Weekend in 2014.

That strong holiday showing brought KOA’s total short-term nights for 2015 to 9.5 percent over last year’s total over the same period.

Kampgrounds of America’s peak summer season (May 1 through September 6) finished up more than 12 percent in camper nights over the same period in 2014.
